I’m suffering from a bit of burnout, but luckily, I have incredibly large amounts of rosemary to help me deal with it. Anyone have suggestions for what to do with mass amounts of rosemary? I suppose I can dry some if I can manage to not grow mold on it in the process.

  1. Focaccia. Yummm.

    Put some feta and rosemary in a food processor with a bit of olive oil. Worlds best dip.

    With scallops, or lamb or potatoes.

  2. Chop it up fine and mix it into sugar cookies.

  3. Also, over the weekend I had some to-die-for goat milk honey & rosemary gelato. If you have an ice cream maker and are so inclined, it was DeLiCiOuS!

    Strip off the leaves, use or dry them, and use the stems as skewers.
